My journey didn’t start in a gym — it started in sport.
As a young athlete competing in football and tennis, I was driven to perform at the highest level. But at 19, an injury forced me to step away from that path. That setback became the turning point.
I immersed myself in human science, earning a degree and developing a deep understanding of how the body works — and more importantly, how to improve it.
Since then, I’ve helped over 100 clients:
- Get stronger
- Build confidence
- Achieve physiques they never thought possible
Along the way, I’ve also competed and won bodybuilding shows — applying the same principles I now use with my clients.
